WOE Attendance Points (STAR SYSTEM)

Introduction

In our aim to construct a fair system that will benefit and better equip our members, the practice of Star system that will take effect beginning of the first WOE.

Star system used to control the guild items and attendance policy. So each WoE bears a certain point for example 3 points. These points are accumulated by players themselves through their attendance in WoE so this would be a fair system. It's been tried and tested by Caelestis from Iris 2 that had the double lvl 100 Honglou Castle which succesfully obtained 16 Symbol of Sun.

Implication

Knowing the fact that each WoE bears a certain amount of points. To be straight forward and fair leaders or councils or members or an appointed personnel from each guild have to keep track of the points they accumulated.

For example, every WoE I attend, I gain 3 points. So what can I get with these STAR SYSTEM points? We will be combining all castle drops including Godly EQ quest items to make the Godly EQ, and these guild treasures including Godly EQ shall be auctioned out to our faithful members with these STAR SYSTEM points. This will reward those who put in our efforts by attending in each WoE. Members that does not attend will defintely accumulate lesser STAR SYSTEM points and therefore will not be able to win the bid for the guild treasures and Godly items.

We can always setup an auction list every 2 months for members to place their bid for things like:-

Shoe - 1 point
Boot - 2 points
Muffler - 2 points
Etc.

The above is just an example, detailed auction system will be announce in later date.

With this system implementation, we therefore no longer will auction guild treasures for zeny, but with the STAR SYSTEM points you accumulated. All of us now get rewarded by the labour we put into every WoE and no longer by how rich we can be.






Mechanism of STAR SYSTEM

Each member can earn 3 STAR SYSTEM points per WoE:-

1. Members who attend 2 hours of WoE, get 2 STAR SYSTEM points.

2. Members who are late for 30 minutes, deduct 1 STAR SYSTEM points, get only 1 STAR SYSTEM point.

3. Members who can come for only 1 hour of WoE, get only 1 STAR SYSTEM point.

4. Members shall be awarded an extra 1 bonus point when...
-4.1 Our main castle or castles with with full defence not broken
-4.2 We successfully capture our intended castle or castles.
-4.3 Accomplish whatever mission/s spell out before & during the WoE.

5. Warp Priest get a bonus 1 STAR SYSTEM point regardless of castle security

6. STAR SYSTEM Table shall be pinned up at each division forum section to reflect the accumulation of STAR SYSTEM points by every member

Terms & Conditions of STAR SYSTEM

1. STAR SYSTEM points are not transferable, not tradable from 1 member to another member.

2. STAR SYSTEM points are allowed to carry forward from month to month, year to year.

3. STAR SYSTEM points shall be forfeited when a member leave the guild. Should they be any member who earlier left, and now rejoin any guild, he/she shall Star systemt with zero STAR SYSTEM points again.

4. STAR SYSTEM points shall be awarded to members who do not violate Guild Rules & Regulation.

5. STAR SYSTEM points shall be awarded to members who have their character approved by guild
