| Now I am facing with one problem......
I have been offered Singapore Permenant Residence (SPR) already and I have read through all the criteria. I have to do national service for Singapore Government for 2 years. Then every year afterwards have to retrain for 40 days again.
Honestly, I do not feel like doing this like of things, I am very sure that if I accept, I will be regretting when I start training in camp.
The problem of this offer is if I reject now, then 99% they wil reject me in future if I try to apply SPR again. All people suggest me to accept as this is good for my own and my children's future. But I do not even hv a child yet, so it is really very hard for me to take care of children in future by doing a task that I really do not like.
Moreover, it is very weird as I am the only Malaysian being offered for my batch. This is really bad as I need to decide now but my other friends are not to do so.
I really feel like this chance comes too early already as I am only first year in Singapore...down...

| if u realy notice all those really rich ppl in KL area, 99% of them migrated o going to migrate from malaysia to other country, cos in long term, malaysia is going down n not suitable for chinese, n bcome SPR got many benefits
n ching u r born in rich family, so i think u seldom plan for ur future, i mean plan, not simply imagine as u owaz do.
d prob i no i wil apply for it in future, but i dun wan accept it now. but if i reject it now, den i wont b able to apply for it anymore.
i can oni said:
This is a chance but not a choice....

| ok lah. honestly speaking sze dun take permanant residence in singapore. as i have heard from my parents as well as other relatives its not worth. i know it may sound tempting and all but dun make d mistake of accepting this offer. other then d ns d way of living as well as the cost of living is immensely high. everything is double and triple the cost in malaysia. even singaporeans themselves cant cope. r u sure this is wat u want. i would rather stay in malaysia and have freedom of speech.
so based on my opinion i do not think u should accept this offer. but ultimately u have 2 decide as well. | |

| in my opinion, ur lifetime would be ofcoz tremendously better in S'pore whether in terms of peace, financial, or career... u see ppl, M'sia is dying gradually... as we chinese residents would not have any status in the near future... once our DPM takes over, the end of the Malaysian Chinese begins... like Sze said, most of the rich families have migrated... yes, i 101% agreed with that... my relatives who have migrated over to Australia felt the equality there rather than in our home country... well i cant guarantee what i've spoken... but... just to be cautious... anyways, i might be migrating over to NZ if my bro managed to apply for the PR successfully... that's just an option for me... | |
